Éric Caron
CESA®, Certified Expert no.385, Director of Real Estate and Oil Projects
Éric Caron has a master’s degree in applied sciences from Polytechnique de Montréal as well as a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Université du Québec à Montréal. He has been with Laforge Environnement for 13 years and has overseen more than 2,000 projects related to site assessments and environmental rehabilitation. Prior to joining us, he took part in major water treatment research projects as well as many mandates related to microbiology and biotechnology. As the Director of Real Estate and Oil Projects, he oversees a team of project managers in environmental assessment, from phases 1 to 3, environmental rehabilitation, as well as other environmental services for soil and groundwater. In 2013, Mr. Caron was officially granted the title of Certified Expert accredited by the MELCC to deliver attestations (#385) in addition to being a Certified Environmental Site Assessor. He is also the senior auditor for environmental assessment projects and has been recognized by the Court of Québec as an expert witness in environmental litigation.
