Ms. Bh\u00e9rer is also the general manager of operations at our locations in Varennes and L\u00e9vis.<\/p>\n<p>With a degree in environmental sciences from Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al and in environmental management from Coll\u00e8ge de Rosemont, Ms. Bh\u00e9rer was the Head of Environment and Health and Safety for five years at Camco inc., a subsidiary of General Electric. The company benefited from her skills in technical and regulatory areas as well as her ability to raise awareness among her teams. Ms. Bh\u00e9rer helped implement the management system, contributed to monitoring and controlling hazardous materials, introduced new environmental procedures, took part in the development of a culture that respects the environment, and promoted health and safety at work.
