We can overcome your challenges thanks to experts from a variety of complementary fields. They’ll be able to support you in situations such as:
- Environmental assessment, Phases I, II, and III
- Environmental remediation
- Managing contaminated soil and residual materials
- Site remediation
- Environmental characterization and monitoring
- In-situ treatment design and implementation
- Environmental management and design
- Removal of oil tanks and associated equipment
- Geotechnical studies
- Requests for ministerial authorizations
- Peer reviews, expert witness and legal counselling
Our sectors
An exhaustive, integrated approach to environmental studies which will provide you with clear conclusions
Our approach in environmental assessments is built on years of experience: we provide you with a full list of potential risks, past, current and future, and then eliminate them one by one.
Our CESA® project director supervises a multidisciplinary team to identify risks and develop mitigation protocols. We then carry out assessments in line with regulations (CSA Z768-01 standard and the site characterization guide issued by the Quebec Ministry of Environment and Fight Against Climate Change).
Our expert certified by the Centre d’expertise en analyse environnemental du Québec is empowered to certify environmental reports as per the Environment Quality Act.
Thanks to our expertise and network of partners, we can respond to any type of situation
Every partner we work with has been prequalified. They help us thoroughly carry out investigations if phase II or III is required.
We can respond to any situation listed in Schedule III of the Land Protection and Remediation Regulation (LPRR): paperboard manufacturing or processing, metal, plastic, or carpets, automotive repair and maintenance, service stations, snow elimination sites, etc.
We can respond anywhere in Quebec
- Real estate and financial transactions
- Environment Quality Act requirements
